A busy month of pre season testing. Beginning on Friday 2nd February at a very wet Donington Park, Ian Simmonds shook down both his Tyrrell 012 and Michiel Smits Lola T70, completing a considerable number of laps per car, to ensure there were no underlying issues.Nearly 1 year on, Michiel Smits was back at Goodwood for the 75th Members Meeting test day in his recently restored Lola T70 SL70/12, he quickly settled back into the car and completed numerous laps, consistently improving on his times. CMS are looking forward to returning with Michiel and his Lola T70 for the next MM test day on the 10th March and then for the 75th Goodwood Members Meeting which is being held on 18th - 19th March 2017.The final testing of the month was at Barcelona, Spain at Circuit de Catalunya, with Ian Simmonds and his Tyrrell 012. As expected the weather was significantly better than at Donington Park, which allowed Ian to continue improving on his times over the two days.Our Next Test is 10th March at Goodwood, look back here for updates!
