Lotus 20
20-J-909

The Car was originally run by Mimo Dei of Scuderia Centro Sud. For some 1961 races Mimo put Lorenzo Bandini in this Lotus 20 Chassis number 20-J-909 . Lorenzo achieved a pole position in the car in its first outing in III Gran Premio Di Messina on July 23 1961 and then a second place in Enna Pergusa of that same year just behind Jo Siffert. It was then shipped to Canada where it competed until its return to the stable of Andrew Thorpe. It still has its original CASC number and log books associating it to the Scuderia Centro Sud car

The car has had a complete and immaculate rebuild from bare chassis up by Jon Waggitt and Pete Denty  and is in great condition
